We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Delays

While we strive to ship orders promptly, delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Ann & Ease is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date at shopannandease@gmail.com, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
